Finally finished my shower. Took some melatonin gummies rn. I've been taking them for a while but haven't noticed them helping at all. Only time I've ever noticed melatonin working was when I took Nyquil, all the other OTC doesn't seem to work. To be fair I've only taken a few brands. Tried Up&Up, only worked when I took 3 gummies. However, when I took 3 gummies my whole left side the entire next day felt completely off. Felt like I was on the verge of a stroke. Trying Vick's Zzzquil triple action gummies but they still seem to fail. Definitely will not be trying 3 of those (obviously). I don't know what else to do. Once I get home from work, no matter HOW busy it gets, I become wide awake by 22:00. Absolutely infuriating. Don't have insomnia because that's more serious & needs more professional diagnosing. It pisses me off so much omfg. I'll probably try & find something stronger. Maybe I fucked up my sleep schedule somehow.
Anyways, gonna get myself a bit of a coloring book activity sheet for tomorrow when it's slow & not much else to do. Gonna switch out an old pencil pouch that's bigger & can hold my crayons :3
