[Diary] The Meaning of Friendship

I reached out to one of my college friends that had to move away for work today. We talk pretty often over Discord and whatnot, but today we'll be going out golfing in person! I'm excited!

I asked my boyfriend, who I referred to in my first private post as Gold, if he wanted to come along. He said no. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but he's said no to so many things recently that it did.

I just find it interesting that my friend and I both jumped at the chance to see each other, but Gold can't be bothered to do anything with me recently. He's been in a bit of a mental rut that I can't help much with unfortunately, so maybe that's why he puts off going out until he's forced to decline or just doesn't want to at all. It just pisses me off when I ask if he wants to do something, he agrees, and then he changes his mind because he's too tired or something. Plus he never cuddles me. Which i'm slowly realizing is a deal breaker. I've got a lot of baggage going on right now.

Whatever. I'm gonna see my bestie today!
