Unjust parenting

I don't get how parents and grandparents can call us snowflakes like is it just me or didn't they normalize abuse back then? Idk man it's just dumb, hell my family were my bullies! And don't normalize child abuse or abuse in relationships no matter the gender. Just because your not "grown" doesn't mean your family isn't in the wrong.
