don't get me wrong, i understand why mcr means a lot to a lot of people. they're one of the most influential "emo" bands. millions of people resonated with their lyrics, they felt more understood and safe at a time where everything pointed to the opposite direction.
and i know that a lot of people think gerard way's hot, but OH MY GOD the way you people talk about this man. same way christians would talk about jesus if he came back to life one day.

what if gerard was a woman. and men were calling her "mommy" and talking about how they'd fuck her. i know FOR SURE people would have a problem with that. but because gerard's a man and has done some things in the past, suddenly people find it okay to treat a human being like this

and to the fan that licked gerard way in that one mcr show a couple weeks ago- you're the reason why he won't let fans hug him anymore ðŸ˜
