like think about this diva. she's super obsessed with transormers and just keeps freaking stalking them. rizzes up spike only to get more info on autobots. almost gets everyone killed on at least two occasions. figures out how to save them purely by fucking around with the immobiliser ray and instantly gives a whole speech being like 'no need 2 thank me i got accepted 4 a science scolarship at mit' and drives off into the sunset. 

she makes a genuinely effective character foil to spike and sparkplug cause it points out how the whole fantasy of alien robots showing up to your place of employment and adopting you is not very likely, and your 🫵 obsession with this idea is probably making you look like a dork. but she does it with style so she's not unlikeable imo just kinda a more realistic viewer insert. i love skybound carly but she will never have the same effect (which is obviously not the intent but is still a huge tragedy, although i suppose the tone of that comic doesnt have a lot of room for joy and whimsy anyways)
