I start, I used to thought the weeks were another word for months and I never asked it to anyone because I thought it was something everybody knew.
And I also used to think I was "different" and "absolutely unique" because I liked blue over pink since I was biologically a girl.

I convinced myself that there was poison in pizza. All pizza. And the only way I wouldn't die was to eat the crust of the pizza, which contained an antidote.
Granted, I found out later that I have OCD which was most definitely why I believed this, but it's still kinda funny.
