I'm not a satanist and idk anything about them but in a way I could see it sort of making sense.
If god gets good people in heaven then there needs to be a balance. Nobody wants to be near a fking child predator when reincarnated or on heaven so, instead satan takes him into hell and tortures them for their sins.
In a twisted way he can't be that bad (Idk any religious stories bruh correct me if im wrong), he is doing good afterall he is punishing the sinners and maybe even helping sinners out of hell by helping them feel bad for their sins.
God is still on top tho

he himself is the reason the sin was caused, he doesnt punish sinners, he is also getting punished, and while so he drags people with him - or in other words: makes them commit sin over and over again, and pulls them away from God. -
He is the reason of sin and evil. He does not torture and punish evil, He causes it.

Although I think all religions are fake government scams i can agree with you on the fact that Satanists are a tad weird like one Satanist I used to know said they would rather support a online pedofile i was fighting (who dated a 8 year old btw) then me because I said I think iran kinda deserved to get there a nuclear bases taken down like literally what?
