Cattails - cutest game ever?

Cattails is a 2017 RPG by indie studio Falcon Development. The successor of Warrior Cats: Untold Tales and predecessor of Wildwood Story, Cattails is an extremely charming little game I'd recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing story with a great world. Fighting! Hunting! Foraging! Mining! Romance! Kittens! Save the cat god! 

You start as a kitten dropped on the side of the road by your owner's mean parents. Coco, a tuxedo cat who acts as your guide and director of the main story, finds you and recommends you join a colony. The Forest Colony, a friendly group in the woods, the Mountain Domain, territorial cats in the highlands, or the Mystic Colony, a strange faction in the wetlands. Once you join and get your den, you're pretty much free in the world! But something is wrong. The Forest Guardian, the protector of the balance in the world, has gone missing. Complete quests around the world to bring them back- and if you succeed, you might be able to form a colony of your own!

I have a very personal connection with this game. I used to watch Seri! Pixel Biologist playthroughs of Untold Tales all the time around fourth grade, and I was there when this first released, although I've only actually begun to play it this year. Honestly, this game was a big motivator for me to even get a computer that supports (struggles to support) most games. I have an old MacBook Air, but it runs pretty well on it. It's very decently priced for what you get (if you love cats, of course) and everything about it is just adorable. I'll admit nostalgia has some influence in my high opinion of it, but I recommend trying it! Wildwood Story is admittedly a vast improvement on this, but I don't think the original should be forgotten at all. $14.99 on Steam
