Roblox vs Schlep situation + ranting about roblox

If you live under a rock and don't know what's happening or if you need a recap, here's what happened: On August 9th of this year, Roblox sent a Cease and desist letter to Schlep. They banned all of his accounts and basically told him to stop catching predators and that he should've reported everything to roblox instead of taking manners into his own hands. Of course, here's the catch: Schlep does report everything to roblox and gives the same evidence to roblox that he does to local authorities. here's his video

The situation escalated so quickly. Some roblox creators dropped out of the star program, an actually congressman created a petition to pressure roblox, and roblox is getting sued by the state of Louisiana. Roblox has also made some awful responses to everything. Overall, nobody is happy about this.

I really hate this whole mess. It sucks to see that one of my favorite gaming platforms turns out like this. What pisses me off more is the fact that in all their recent responses, it's written in such a way that THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT KEEPING THEIR REPUTATION AND NOT THE FACT THAT THEY PUNISHED SOMEONE WHO CATCHES PREDATORS! THAT'S WHAT MAKES ME THE MOST UPSET ABOUT THIS (sorry for caps) I pray and hope that roblox is seriously held accountable for all of this. I pray and hope any victims are doing alright. I also want them to unban schlep, maybe hire him, and to implement more moderation features. I also want the current corporation team fired and to be replaced by new members, those that actually care about the community
