Anyone else been getting super into vampires recently? 'Cuz I have. So, here are some books I'm reading/have about vampires!!
First off, The Vampire Book. It was published in 1994, and is basically a giant encyclopedia about vampires. Though it mentions Bauhaus, Siouxsie And The Banshees, KISS, etc etc. It's rlly cool, considering there's whole sections about t=different versions of Dracula, and stuff like Nosferatu and stuff. It's super cool! Would recommend it. It's around 850 pages long, too. (Author; J. Gordon Melton)
Then we have The Kiss Of Death. It's an anthology of vampire stories, written by many authors. I haven't read this one yet, though I own it. I wish to read it, and will, but it seems like an amazing concept. There are 16 writers, too! (Authors; Sandra Black, Tippi N. Blevins, Dominick Cancilla, Margaret L. Carter, Sukie de la Croix, Don D'Ammassa, Mia Fields, D.G.K Goldberg, Barb Hendee, C.W. Johnson, Lynda Licina, Kyle Marffin, Deborah Markus, Christine DeLong Miller, Rick R. Reed, and Kiel Stuart)
Lastly, we have The Vampire Princess by Michael Romkey. I own it, and have read a few bits, and on the back it says that it's about a cruise ship called the Atlantic Princess, where there are many figurines aboard, along with a lady with an evil past called Princess Nicoletta Vittorini di Medusa. I think it sounds fun and thrilling!
That's all for this one. Though I haven't read 2/3 of these, I will probably write a blog about them when I do with a summary and my personal thoughts/opinions on the writing/plot/characters. It may take a little bit though, considering both books are kind of lengthy imo.

Not really a novel or anything but have you seen Vampire the Masquerade? It's a ttrpg about vampires, but the worldbuilding is fairly interesting
