I swallowed a bottle cap. (story time)

so basically i'm autistic (this is important to the story) and I have a sensory thing where I REALLY LIKE to chew on stuff and one thing I love to chew is bottle caps and I also have this stim where I lift my head up when something goes wrong or when I'm bored. 

I was playing the Stanley Parable (fire game you should play it) and I was chewing a bottle cap and I messed up when playing so I lifted my head up and the bottle cap fell down my throat. I was trying to spit it out but I SWALLOWED it and it fell in my stomach so I was freaking out a lot and I immediately told my mom and she told me that bottle caps aren't toxic and that it's fine if it's not still in my throat so yeah.

my mom told me that I will probably have problems with my stomach / using the bathroom (obviously) but at least I dont have to go to the doctors / ER
