animation + art dump!!!

ive made all these gifs of my pony-sona over the past 2 days...

this was the first 1 I animated 

ain't she just so cute???? I used a photo of twilight as reference and just kinda free styled the rest...

I made this one shortly after... it's supposed 2 b 2 frames and rally fast but its always lagging lol

then I made this

and then I made these + some drawings of her

I made these 2 today.. the second 1 is an early Halloween drawing a I did the background myself and am super proud of it!!! 

here's another gif I made earlier that I'm not gonna finish... also u might notice that in some gifs she has no horn and that's because I forgot it.. oops! and she has wings in 1 gif as a design test. I only made a cutie mark for her today.
