any tips for top surgery recovery ?!?

hello world!!! i'm finally getting my top surgery in a little over a week (august 25th)... eeek! i'm very x100000 excited but also very anxious... my surgeon('s team) have given me the basics on recovery but if any other trans guys have any tips and tricks to make the recovery process more easy/relaxing then shoot me with everything you've got!!!

i'm esp looking for tips for my recovery setup since i won't really be able to sleep up in my own bed since i have a loft :p so i kind of need to DIY something ... anyway, any kind of feedback would be super helpful!! :333
