After watching the show I decided to give this book a reread and the series a full read. I think I still have the same issues I had the first time I read this book. However, I am looking forward to reading the series as a whole since I loved the show so much

My main issue with this first book is that its entirely told from Murderbots perspective, and that makes all the events very matter of fact without much room for detail. The prose is almost non existent since its told from an awkward robots perspective.

This time around I listened to the graphic audio version of the book. I love full cast versions since its easier to keep track of who's talking in a given moment. and the music is nice as long as it fits the scene well.

Looking forward to the next book, and to catching up on my reading goal.
