i 100% with my whole heart recommend attack on titan and rezero. ik people say rezero is that one waifu anime but i really don't see it as that lol it gets really psychological. maybe don't fully take my word on that tho since it's been like 2 or 3 years since i watched it.
aot is just genuine peak tho. like. #1 anime i've ever seen. watch it in japanese. it's incredible

for movies, im not sure i haven't seen any good ones recently and im just rewatching things.. oh one last rec these are 2, blue eye samurai and pen15 one is 3d animated and the other is just normal TV show
