im still a minor pls dont say anything weird (16!) so any tips?? like how to make new friends and stuff ANY ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS ARE WANTED!!! PLEASE GIVE ANY INFO HOW TO GET BETTER!! i love art but im not great at it so tips would be lovely, even if they're small tips anything helps to be honest!! thank youuu 💞

Omg congrats!!! That's a HUGE accomplishment. I don't know much abt art school in particular. Interacting with ur professors can be SUPER useful- even just a single question or comment after class can get u to stick out and can save your butt when it comes to deadlines or extra assistance (and also like. they just give generally good advice and a lot of them r cool). Some schools will have a website with events u can go to, and ofc just finding people you think are cool and complimenting them goes a long way. I've heard that art school is all about connections- so I hope you make some good ones! Best of luck :D
also also if you need a decent photography camera/ lense to mess with check thrift stores- specifically the front cases. i got my camera for 15 bucks and it came with a case and rechargable bats. ive seen full on lense packs for only like 150- which is insane for how EXPENSIVE they get.
also like, to practice photography, i like to walk everywhere on campus. i always leave for class a half hour early so i can doddle around and take pictures. i feel like it's made me way better! :D
