BAND CAMP

Oh my literal shitballs its been a bit!

So like what I want to say first is... IM IN MARCHING BAND!?!

I know, shocker! Weird chronically online kid goes OUTSIDE for marching band..

But I never told you what instrument I actually play...

I play...

The Trombone

CALM DOWN! CALM DOWN!!!

I know it sounds weird but i genuinley play the trombone for marching band (And regular band)

So if you were wondering where I went for like all month.. I went to band camp and came back with leg pain.

But it's okay since I'll try to come back more often!

But in the meantime, Stay alive fellas!!!

Just so you guys got something interesting to read I'll tell you about it!

THE ACTUAL CAMP

So for like 2 weeks we had to go to the middle school at 8am with ALL OUR THINGS (We can't leave our stuff at school lol)

So I'm carrying this big ass trombone case, one of those camping chairs, my bag, and my lunch!

I can't even leave my instrument in the band room!

So like we bring all our things and then leave them in the auditorium/stage.

We do basics then we go outside to set up our little stupid campsite under the trees and we just sit there for 10-20 minutes and fuck around!

Then we gotta do drills until 11:30 (With breaks in between) and after we'll go to lunch.

After lunch (1-2 pm) we practice the music for our show in sections then we put it all together with a stand tune at the end.

Then until 5 we just do drills and music. Then we go home!

I'd recommend Marching band to anyone ACTUALLY WILLING to do the work and not just lounge around.

It's really fun but it's NOT FOR THE WEAK.

I swear to all that is holy, I was DRENCHED in sweat by the end of day one.

I was tired, my feet hurt, and I DREADED going back the next day.

But I went anyways, everyday gets a little easier.

It'll only get easy though if you HAVE FUN while doing the work!!!

Be a little silly! Make a friend!! Get a friend to join marching band with you!!

FUTURE?!

So like that's where I've been all this time lol!

I want to be online a little more to enjoy Spacehey even though i don't get much traction!

It's still fun to throw my thoughts out there into the cold void of the internet!

I dont think I'm going anywhere anytime soon! Well.. Besides school.. But that's in september unlike some of you FREAKS that go back to school in July or August!!

So while you sit in classrooms and rot.. I sit in my ROOM and rot!!

Way better deal if you ask me!
