i read the hobbit in like 8th grade (so i prob need to revisit it) and read the lotr trilogy last summer and also devoured the movies for two weekends each :Ddd
i also have the silmarilion!! which i have yet to read (but i will!!!)
+ i have like a map of middle earth with literally 50 printed screenshots from the movies taped around it lol
so yeah just laying out my credentials as a lotr/tolkien fan :DD

Also i am almost done with the silmarillion and i can’t wait to read more!!!!

i wacthed tltr and the hobbit when i was a kid, and loved the hobbit way more, i should rewatch both of the sagas. the whole universe he created is amazing
i also have the books, but i didnt read them yet
Ahh i just read the hobbit for the first time feb 2024, and then i watched the trilogy, then lotr, and then for christmas i got the lotr books and read em
Now i am reading the silmarillion to expand my knowledge on the world and it is very awesome ^.^
