look I'm not flexing this life style at all but like i haven't been able to sleep normally like wtf?
I've been trying to fix my sleeping schedule b4 school but idk if I'll b able to
I always feel sort of anxious whenever I try to sleep because if I don't have my day planned out or something to expect in the morning I get thoughts ab death ;-;
please do NOT follow my unhealthy lifestyle
I've also been hearing voices that are like calling my name in a quiet room or like a sort of angelic singing?? dunno wat thats ab because I'm pretty sure my house isn't haunted
my eyes feel so droopy and my face feels like its melting off of my head

Kinda reminds me of like when my friend didn't sleep for a week, and I'm not a doctor but stuff like your body needing magnesium or iron ( if you already have an iron deficiency ) calms down nerves.
As for the anxious thing, usually when I get overloaded with information mentally, I try and ground myself by doing things like getting ice and putting it on myself, or like just making my brain think of other things.
I remember a crisis hotline having these games on it when I was having death thoughts and panicking about it, and it helped calm me down, so hopefully they'll help you too

But uh yea! That and having a like coping plan when stuff like that comes up ( like saying affirmations tends to help people )
I don't know that many resources for like anxiety off the top of my head, but Im sure there's like things out there
