Making friends IRL

GUYS! Why can't we go back to making friends like how we did when we were younger 😭😭!! Like I just wanna walk up to someone so casually and be like "you wanna be my friend" BUT NO! I'm to scared to even ask for friends since you either ask the wrong people and they look at you all funny or just flat out ignore you. YOU GOTTA HAVE LIKE THE SAME INTERESTS AS THEM TO EVEN SPEAK TO THEM!! Like if im paired up with a random girl for a project and they ask questions I can't say I listen to J-pop and watch Anime 💔💔, their prob gonna think I'm like those gooners who oversexualize a character.. 

But it's so pmo 💔, Like I'm tryna find people who like the same things as me but then discover their secretly an old dude 😰. I SWEAR!! This is why I rarely use the internet to make friends but it's so much easier 😞😞☹️
