How ISS Works?
When your device connects to the router, it is assigned a local IP address, such as 192.168.1.42 or 192.168.1.136. These addresses work locally, so there's no need to worry about them leaking onto the internet. This allows your router and device to communicate with each other.
When you visit a website like google.com, your device requests the IP address and resources for that site. The router then directs your device to google.com while retrieving the necessary resources.
Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) can see which websites you visit, but they cannot see what you are doing on those sites, thanks to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Local IP Examples:
10.0.0.0 -Â 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 -Â 192.168.255.255

What VPN's Does?
Connecting a VPN(Virtual Private Network) is like changing your ISS. You connecting a far away computer, and the computer using anohter ISS. So, their rules are the rules you must follow. Also, your ISS now only know you connected anohter computer, not know which website you visit. BUT! Your VPN Service Does.
Also the worst, if they logging your activity and selling them a third party software, here goes your privacy.

+ "I don't care what they logging, I just wanna use it."
- "Well, if your goverment want theses logs, they have to give to. So, anohter hopeless zone."
+ "I got nothing to hide."
- “Ultimately, saying that you don't care about privacy because you have
nothing to hide is no different from saying you don't care about freedom
of speech because you have nothing to say." - Edward Snowden
What you gonna do? Use a VPN Services has no-logs policy. Like:
ProtonVPN: Has free use with limits
MullvadVPN: $5 montly, stable price.
Theses two are best ones. Maybe theres more, if there is, please let us know at comments.
There be more blogs like theses, wait up :)
