Going out to eat at a restaurant with other people - why I love it so much

Eating away from home is a nice occasional treat! It can be expensive and sometimes, depending on where you go, you can't really guarantee it's actually gonna be super good.. So it's not very often I go out to eat by myself.

Eating with others has always been something I really enjoy (＾∀＾)

Today, I was eating out with my family for the last time before traveling back home to the states. It feels bittersweet with how fast time has gone. I'm excited to go home and be with my husband again, but I'm gonna miss spending the day with my family again. It's just a different atmosphere, y'know?

But, today, we were eating at this Chinese buffet I really liked as a kid! I ate there so many times, even though it's really not the greatest. I think there's just too many memories there now, y'know? And it's not too expensive if you eat there on Sundays or Mondays. 

While we were eating, another family arrived to sit behind our table. It was a mother, a father, an older sibling and a younger sister and younger brother. The younger siblings must have been under 4 years old, for reference. 

Usually, I get anxious around younger kids cause I'm very noise sensitive and don't wanna act like a dingus, getting all noise sensitive and lame! But these kids were quiet and really well behaved! 

We continued eating when the family passed by our table and the youngest sister said hi to us and waved with a big smile! It made me feel really really happy <3 It was just so comforting and put me in a really good mood. 
The entire time they were there, she would wave to us or smile to us. I've never been a big fan of younger kids or kids in general, but that experience just left me feeling really happy and at peace.

I don't think I could ever be a good parent since I just have soooo many things I want to work on, but I can appreciate the go-lucky nature and not having a single worry other than getting your GOSH DARN NUGGIES AND FRIES at the buffet!! 

Other people really inspire me, in that sense. I love people watching and seeing everyone! How they act, how they smile, how they express themselves with outfits, accessories, body movements and whatnot.

People are so fun! I love being alive <3
