It can be super tough, I get you! I used to be super introverted as a kid and was just not able to find anyone I really connected with. I've gotten a lot better over time, but it's definitely tough..
You being here and reaching out is a massive step already! Don't be too hard on yourself.
I would start by just replying to some posts on here, greeting people you pass on the street with a wave, a smile or a simple "hi". You just kinda take it a small few steps at a time. Maybe there's some irl get together groups for LGBTQ+ people, some community events and whatnot. Does that make sense?
