This website will help you make cute blinkies that you can custom however you want :D 

Just remember to download the blinkie, as the site only saves the blinkies for a short period of time, edit your profile with the blinkies you downloaded and never directly from the site or your profile will end up saying random stuff that you don't want (happened to me, lol)

Glitter-Graphics

This website hosts a large collection of blinkies and other graphic resources, including banners, dividers, dolls, and much more. The elements on this site can't be personalized, but you can find a lot of interesting stuff here.

On this site, you can actually use the blinkies without having to download them to customize your profile, since they host the elements permanently instead of temporarily. This way, you can customize your profile with peace of mind. :)

This website is run by a Spanish guy. It has a bunch of generators that you can use to personalize your SpaceHey profile and make it look more unique. The website also has a wholesome little community you might enjoy hanging out in.
