day after tomorrow is my first day of school X_X

writing this while eating frozen fruit with honey between white bread... im already running out of food el oh el!!

i know i already talked about this b4, but im pretty nervous about my junior year. this year, i have to take my ACT which im really nervous about.. even if my scores are gonna be bumped up a bit, i was really struggling with the math portion on my practice tests, and the only subjects i was good at was reading and english. im hoping that when i start applying for colleges, they only look for my english grades, since i might major in communications. maybe not though.. im still kind of lost when it comes to college and what i wanna do afterwards.

not only that, but im taking an extra class starting this year. yeah, like, during the last few months of sophomore year, the school decided to CHANGE THE SCHEDULING. WHAT?? i was already struggling to get all my work done on time in my harder classes, now i only get 40 minutes each??? not only that, but theyre really cracking down on the no phone policy, they have the right to detain and search students.. yuck. all for a phone? the police officers that patrol the hallways are already creepy enough, i dont want them to have the right to get me to strip and search me for a fucking phone. 

anyways, it didnt specify anything about ipods, sooo... guess im testing my luck when i bring it to school tuesday :]

i might be taking PE this year, either this year or the next. gosh, im like, so nerv!! i hated PE when i was in elementary, cause all the guys took it way too seriously. i hope it isnt as bad now, cause theres barely any elective classes in my school. other than that.. its a bunch of theatre and art classes im not interested in, or some dumb engineering classes that have a bunch of posters in the classrooms practically BEGGING you to join the military.

speaking of which, whats the deal with southern public schools and them being so okay w having kids sign up for the military? ive seen FRESHMAN BOYS talk about joining the military, as if its just gonna be a huge sleepover while wearing uniforms. those tiktoks of guys in the military dicking around must be like.. a blue moon type thing cause the military is pretty awful. before any of you try to argue that "i dont know what im talking about", my dad, stepmom, and several other relatives are veterans or are still serving. why would you get a bunch of 14-17 year olds to sign up for something thats going to scar them for life, before they can even think about what theyre getting themselves into? idk, it just feels weird.

i wouldve taken the schools fashion class.. if it wasnt also taught by the WORST culinary arts teacher. i took her c.a class last year, it sucked. i cooked some food, yeah, but that teacher was racist and also did not know anything about cooking. she acts like everyone in her class is gonna wanna be some michelin star chef or something. i wanted to know how to cook at home, but she sent so much time teaching us proper table manners, how to drizzle sauce on a plate, how to operate machinery that none of us are gonna own.. etc. etc. i do NOT want to see her again, considering i know she hates my guts too. 

wow, i dont actually feel as nervous anymore. who knew talking about your feelings was good for you? :P
