ABOUT MEEE!!!! @^@

Before I start: I made this acc a year ago but was sadly inactive for the entirety of it. I made the acc cuz Spacehey gave off that retro, safe space internet vibe I couldn't find anywhere else and it had a bunch of cool people and I could potentially post parts of my life that I couldn't on other socials I have (faceless art socials etc). I think it's also neat that this is such an unknown app in my hometown, cuz sometimes I DO like being able to post without my irl friends seeing, it's a bit refreshing...like moving to another city where you can start anew. Anywho I'm gonna be more active here, posting about my life, my thoughts and my random side quests I find myself going on during the day.

ABOUT ME

I'm an aspiring artist, I'd love to post my art but I have other socials for that I'd love to keep separate. I also live in Jamaica.

I'm 18 and I'm gonna turn 19 in about 3 or so months. I think of myself as a nice person, but weird in the way that most of my interests are niche where I live, so I highly depend on online spaces to find people who share the same interests.

If I'm not working I'm drawing, if I'm not drawing I'm listening to music, if I'm not doing that then I'm talking to friends or playing a game.

INTERESTS

On the topics of music and games…that makes up a good chunk of my interests although I have taken up programming and coding recently . The games I like range from simple mobile games, to rhythm games to indie games.

The games I play are:

Roblox (pressure is amazeballs), Undertale, Deltarune, ENA Dream BBQ, Project Sekai, Genshin Impact (NOT AT THE MOMENT), FNF, Stardew Valley, FNAF. 

I'm also in game fandoms but I don't necessarily play the games, I hear about them online or I watch YouTubers play em so I'm oki with listening to someone yap about their fav games.

As for music:

My music taste is a huge mixture of different stuff. I like rock, punk, vocaloid, indie, folklore, pop, r&b, webcore…basically if it sounds good I'll listen to it.

Ok so television:

I'm not a movie-head and I don't watch that many shows (tbh with my schedule It's hard to get into new media so I end up rewatching things I used to watch). I like cartoons, and I've watched my fair share of shojou anime from the early 2000s. There's also a lot of indie series that peak my fancy, whether its to just watch them for the sake of being indie or to actually get invested in the plot (TADC, Spooky Month Helluva, PPPIDWTBAMG).

RAMBLING

As I said I'm into art...mostly digital though. I do traditional works but its mostly just for journaling or they're doodles. I have a lot of OCs and stories from 2018 too. I also do animation on the rare occasion (despite my initial dream being that I wanted to be an animator). I did animation memes for a few years when it was at its prime (2016-2020 was the best era), but they were mostly ass cuz i was new. I do think my skills have improved since then but only if im given the time to sit and concentrate on my animation. I DID go to art school but I didnt do animation (thats another whole can of worms). I wouldnt say I lost my passion for art...ive just found ways to include it in other things that peaked my interest, like programming.

My boyfriend was the one who introduced it to me and after hours of setting up VScode and downloading files I got it running. We both use C++ which tbh wasnt a good introduction to coding but it was a fun new hobby.
Do i remember any of the notes I wrote on C++? No...but it was so fun that I'm incorporating it into my education this year...all because I wanna make a game one day.

On the note of my partner, the most I can say is its long distance but we love each other soooo much to the point we're making it work. He lives in the Philippines which is MILES away but I love him too much to care about the distance (making a telportation device for all long distance couples as I speak). I do have an interest in learning Tagalog and I know a bit although its broken and sloppy so if anyone is fluent I dont mind chatting to learn a thing or two :D

Also if anyone wants to know about things I support and don't...I'm pansexual and a demigirl. I found out I was demigirl recently after years of figuring out what label I assign well with when it comes to gender. My pronouns are any btw, but I do mostly see people using she/they (GO CRAZY use whatever pronouns you want idc). 

So I support (and I'm apart of) LGBTQ+. I also find neopronouns cool. Furries are nice too ^^. Therians are the sweetest people I've seen on the internet as well. I also support regressors, as I am an agedreamer myself :D. And objectums are welcomed too.

I dont support racism, homophobia, transphobia, pro-shippers, p3ds z0Os, ableists, misogynists/misandrists!!!!

ANYWAAYYSSS I think that's everything, i wouldn't mind a friend request or a chat especially if you have similar interests or would like to intorudce me to smth you think I'll like OR if you just wanna ramble to me. Wanna tell me about your OCs, I'll listen and we can exchange opinions too.
