Having worked at a major coffee chain for the last few months now, it's almost as if we need a brain-tray for them to leave it at the door tbh

A lot of people haven't worked customer service. They are (unfortunately) conditioned for instant gratification. Entitled personalities + hunger pains = full blown goblins.
