former skeptics: what experience(s) made you a paranormal believer?

i honestly would really love to know. the paranormal and the unknown has always been so intriguing to me.

i have always believed in the paranormal, but the only "experience" i've had could be tore up multiple different ways, but i know some of you out there have truly unexplainable experiences

when i was a child, maybe around five or six, my papaw woody had just passed away. as he got older he really hated picture frames being hung straight on the walls, he'd always have them tilted just slightly.

well a couple months after he passed away, we were visiting our mamaw and i straightened one of the photos of her and papaw. but i didn't even take a step before he fixed it. it wasn't just one slight movement either, it was like he was actually there moving it side-to-side till it was crooked, just how he liked it. i still think about it to this day and now i live on my own i keep the same picture(a copy) crooked in my hallway for him.

like i said i know people can tell me it was pressure from a door closing or the AC, etc. but i most definitely believe it was him telling me to leave his stuff alone haha
