my best friend/roommate betrayed me..?

I lived with my best friend (20 F) for a year in an apartment with a dual lease because the girl she was supposed to live with dipped. Fast forward to recent...she all the sudden decides to run away and move in 8 hours away with a man (38) that she only knew for 2 and a half weeks. She didn't say goodbye to me or even tell me she was definitely going to leave.. she hinted at it as if she was still thinking about it. Told me she'd see me the next day.. but she left that day. WE HAVE BEEN BEST FRIENDS FOR 11 YEARS!!!! She left behind a bunch of stuff including a sink full of dishes, a fridge and freezer full of food, two full litterboxes, bowls of cat food,  a mini fridge, and there was some gross mystery substance in the bottom of the bathtub... MIND YOU I MOVED OUT 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS EVENT so this was ALL HER. She tells me on the phone that she's gone and she left some things and left cleaner and trash bags for me. Assuming I'm gonna clean all this shit up. When this call happened I hadn't seen the mess yet so I was just like OK assuming it wasn't a big deal. BOY WAAS I FUCKING WROOWWNG. I ended up cleaning out the tub, the fridge/freezer, and wiping things down.. but I did NOT clean those litterboxes and the cat food and the sink of dishes and whatnot because idk MY NAMES NOT ON THE LEASE and I NEVER GOT A THANK YOU or any form of compensation and IF I were to EVER somehow do something like this to her, the very least I would do is thank her and offer her money or a dinner or something. But no. Instead she asks me to pay "my half" of the last month's utilities. TH E UTILITIES I DIDNT USE CUZ I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE. I told her my paycheck was only 130 and might not be able to. She ended up asking me again yesterday if I could pay her back because she needs to pay her phone bill. BUT I TOLD HER NO BC I HAVE NO DOLLARS WHICH IS THE TRUTH I GENUINELY HAVE 0 DOLLARS. will I end up paying her .... probably. cuz I still care. but that will be when I get paid. the end.
