Senior Parking Spot Painting Brainstorming

UPDATE: Sorry I forgot to reply to everyone n share my plans!! I decided on doing a quote I really like and a simple version of the anomaly that I doodled. I was exhausted and got sun posioning, so I didn't get to clean it up like I wanted to. The white areas got little spills and the lines aren't very clean. Plus the stencils bled a lot and the quote citation is crooked. It's going to bother me all year. Maybe I'll convince the principal to let me clean it up sometime next week, but all I'd be able to do is the white. :/

Alright gang, I’m driving myself insane.

My high school lets seniors paint their parking spots and I’ve been looking forward to it since middle school when they started doing this. I am by no means a good artist, but I absolutely fucking NEED to perfect this. 

I’ve been bouncing around ideas for a while and I thought I was going to do some sort of spray paint thing with a bunch of political doodles and statements, but I couldn’t come up with a design that looked good. I also just don’t want to deal with the school if someone tries to argue it’s offensive or whatever the fuck.

Now I’m trying to design something Arcane related (because of course I am, it’s my new special interest 🤭) and it’s killing me. I want to write the quote “Why is peace always the justification for violence?” Because I like it and it’s still vaguely political (I’m a very political person if you couldn’t tell). I want to have Caitlyn as part of the design because she’s the one that said the quote, but coming up with a background is actually going to be the death of me. For the past day I’ve been trying to figure out how to draw the bridge from the undercity to Piltover in a way that captures its details but won’t take forever and that in itself feels impossible. The bridge felt like a good background because it fits the quote (in the sense that she’s referring to war with the undercity), the bridge is important to the show, and the symbol of the bridge feels like a political statement. But including it doesn’t seem realistic considering I only have 3 days from 7am-9pm to do this and I’m a slow as hell worker. Painting starts Monday and I have to know what I’m doing by Sunday so I can go buy the paint I need. I just don’t know what else to do for the background. I could make Caitlyn the focus and have the background a solid color with Arcane doodles, but I feel like it’ll look stupid. So, PLEASE SAVE ME OH MY GOD 😁 !! HELP ME OUT, GIVE ME IDEAS, ANYTHING, PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU!!!
