Omg I struggle with the same thing. What I do is I stop scrolling at certain times! For example, I don't bring my phone to the bathroom, I don't scroll during dinner and I do not scroll if I'm out with my friends or outside! I'm also starting to physically throw my phone or lock it in an entirely new room (e.g., I lock my phone inside my mom's car or put it in an extremely high spot). I also pick up new hobbies, especially video games and anything creative! I also try and not scroll the first thing in the morning!! Hope these help a bit!!
I also do things like locking the phone or throwing it but it is more like when I become angry or overwhelmed

that's still a good start! maybe try a bit smaller, so if you get overwhelmed or feel a bit numb, then you could put it away!! I understand it could be hard tho, especially since motivation really only comes when you feel mad. It sucks a lot

yep :( right now I jut spent a couple of hours on pinterest and YT shorts and feel frustrated again. so sad. but thanks a lot for your support and I wish you all the best in overcoming this addiction too

pick up some new hobbies. i spend lots of time on pc but for hobbies like drawing and coding my website.
my phone time is sub 2 hours a day atp bc i prefer to journal, ride horses, or draw in my free time. a good fun hobby can keep you busy for hours
sometimes I feel like my only hobby is scrolling.. or videogames, but I actually dont think it is much better that spending time on phone
