Vampire ages work in lifespans and centuries. It is not comparable to human lifespans which is measured in years, decades and historical periods. E.g., 1 vampire year = 1 human century.
It is important to note, that you permanently look the age you got bitten. The exception is if you're born a vampire, got bitten as a baby or if your mother was bitten when she was pregnant.
Both species categorize themselves into an age bracket.
1. Fledglings
- Newly transformed vampires
- Unstable, need constant supervision
- Age is less than 100yrs old and depends on what age you were bitten
2. Neonates
- The second age category of turning into a vampire, lived double the human life span
- Has control of blood lust and behaviour
- Age is 100-200 years old
3. Ancillae
- The third age category, known for their wisdom and power
- Has complete control over their blood lust and behaviour
- Age is 200-300 years old
4. Elders
- Powerful figures, often the hierarchy of the society due to their wisdom and strength
- Typically seen in authority positions and (sometimes) counselling
- Age is 300-900 years old
5. Methusaleh
- Rarely found, live in the shadows and in isolation
- Hold immense power, tend to repress it to not cause chaos
- Age is 1000+ years old

It's a vampire rpg that's got basically the same hierarchy, except it has Antediluvians, which are above the Methuselahs. It's got some neat worldbuilding 👍
