And so, moving on

Moving on is tough.

Growing up in the same town all your life. Watching money get pumped into it by the local national corporation. Losing touch with that which is around you.

It feels like your life gets taken from you.

I'm anxious to move from this place. The wording is precise because while I fear what's at the bottom of the pool I'm diving into, I understand that it's no worse than that which is behind me.

I don't belong in manicured lawns. Perfect smiling families. It's all the selling point of people who think they're more than they are.

I'll go out and find my home.
