WHY YOU SHOULD READ UNCLE RICKS WORK RN

So, let’s get this straight…I’m a PJO geek

*Insert booing sounds*

But, I can explain. PJO is actually a great book, I absolutely love the characters, even the side ones, the author, Rick Riordan, is great at mixing modern day chaos with mythology, his work ranges form Egyptian, to Greek, to Roman, to Norse and all adventures are equally entertaining

I prolly sound like An amazing reviewer, but this is just my inner monologue finally reaching paper

1. Why I like Percy Jackson;

Percy Jackson has ADHD and dyslexia ( all demigods do ), but we can actually see how he battles through it, he’s a sassy kween and we love him for that. He also has relatable flaws, like being to loyal/trusting leading to his impulsiveness, making him more human. He’s also so dam hilarious (ifykyk), he’s also naturally anxious about his life being on the line, knowing he’s a demigod. He’s also willing to help EVERYONE, even enemy demigods. He’s also not amazing in his studies, he’s a people person, he’s good with empathizing with others like Hecuba th hellhound and Gale the polecat.

2. ANNABETH CHASE:

She’ a daughter  of Athena, making her naturally smart, but she beats the ‘dumb blond’ stereotype. She’s not a one-dimensional ‘smart-girl’, because she has moments of arrogance and jealousy, and she has one notable flaw, her pride. She put’s all her pride and rides on her high horse on any of her projects, making her a more understandable character, and the fact she relies heavily on facts in some situations as a way to actually understand something makes sense, she only uses her feelings as a last resort to a problem. She also actually embodies a teenage girl, in the PJO series, she ends up falling for Luke originally, but after learning he was evil, she found it much harder to move on from him and accept and love Percy. (But she eventually does 😀)

3. Tyson; my silly little child( we all love u )

In conclusion, I deeply love and resonate with all his characters, really well written book. Go read it
