evry band evr sucks lol

the music is always gud but the guys behind it suck evryyytime. 

nowadays i js go in2 a new band expecting them all 2 b shit ppl so when i do find out theyr shit ppl, im not severely upset or let down again. i think thats prob 4 the bttr tho, i c so many ppl certain that their fav band guy (always a guy weirdly....hmmm) can do like absolutely no wrong + when he does it's okay he didnt mean it, it's not even that big a deal? n it rly frustrates me.

it mite sound a lil contradictory, but i dont h8 alot of my bands ppl. i do like them. but im always aware theyr ppl, n being a person means being prone 2 failure n fuck up. n havin biased beliefs. n doing questionable shit sumtimes. i like their music, i appreciate their artistry and i kno theyv always struggled personally + in the industry, but ik evry1 is capable of harm. i dont think alot of ppl in bandom realise this.  liking smth doesnt mean its alr 2 blind urself 2 the negatives, or brush them off. liking smth shud mean ur aware of these things n criticise them!!!

its rly important 2 criticise what u like n enjoy. and its VERY important 2 criticise rich n influential ppl. 

for example, gerard way. 

i like them. i like their artistry, it's really impressive and mcr is absolutely responsible for changing the scene and saving so many kids. however. ppl luv 2 4get the fact they r. so rich. all of mcr is. "they js got gud on royalties!" theyr still all millionaires. theyr tryin 2 sell u a hoodie 4 £90, and their tixx 4 this tour were fucking ridiculous. ppl werent mad enuf. mayb they all cant control the prices but they shudda fought 4 them 2 b lower. and if they did, they shudda tried harder. remember when robert smith from the fucking cure managed 2 regul8 the cures prices bc he thot it was unfair? y cant gerard?

he is, also, married 2 lyn-z from msi. alot of ppl (rightfully) do Not like msi due 2 the fact jimmy urine is like literally a sex offender. thus, alot of ppl h8 lyn-z 4 being in the band w/ the guy and associating w/ him. not alot of ppl h8 gerard 4 marrying her or his continued association w/ jimmy urine. they h8 lyn z bc shes racist, but gerard gets nthn 4 marrying a racist? she gets hated on and edited out of pixx n killed in fic, but gerards exempt from it all? i wonder why. i cannot fathom y. 

it's misogyny btw. the usual reason. bandom + the respective bands r so misogynistic, and so many of them arent aware or dgaf. i dont kno evrythn , im stil in hs i dont even take sociology but, like, obvious rite? no1 sees women as ppl worth talkin abt or smart / deep / clever enuf. luk @ fobs entire career and genuinely try 2 tell me all of fob havent time an time again done crazy misogynistic things and faced few repercussions 4 it, from fans or otherwise. luk me in the eyes an tell me pete wentz is a feminist. 

slight ramble, but i hope u get my point. figures in bandom r usually kinda awful. i think ppl need 2 stop idolising them and some 2 terms w/ the fact that mayb the guy who made ur fav songs in h.s. or saved u is not perfect or even a gud person. i think we need 2 b critiquing these ppl more often and speaking out, js accepting that theyr gunna b bad is gud 2 save u emotional pain but we also shudnt js let it b how it is n we shud b shouting 2 get bttr!!!
