I finally finished writing and recording my first demo. 

Started writing this around Feb 13 and then I put it aside because I will have a breakdown every time I touch on this matter.

So last year I lost a friend who I considered to be  an important person to me and they saw my growth since first year of Uni. 

When their birthday arrives this year there’s this sense of realization that guts me so hard like, oh they’re gone so soon??? especially when it is someone that talked about their life goals and dreams to me and what they wanna be at the age of 26????

It’s depressing to wrap my head around the fact that I will only get to know them up to the version of them at the age 23, while I will continue to grow and experience life and they can’t be here to see it. And then I will always remember their birthday as it will come by again and again every year but I can’t celebrate that anymore.
