Righteousness

When people speak of taking the Lord's name in vain, they most often speak about swearing. In reality, it is about using the word of God to hurt others. People speak of swearing as if it is some great offence, when they use the commandments to put down others. To subjugate those who are unlike themselves. 

For this, they worship money and hope that it will be enough to buy back their souls. They put down others with the commandments yet won't follow them nor can they recite them. They put down others with the commandments so they can obtain what they believe to be the moral high ground, ignoring what truly renders someone holy. Someone just. Someone blessed. 

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. 
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the Earth. 
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied. 
Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy. 
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. 
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. 
Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely in my name. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in Heaven.
