i think it was about time to talk about my bead lizard collection (yes, I know that they're called kandi but i learned about them from a book and in the book they were just called "bead lizards" so that's what im used to calling them).
idk why i havent thought about this before because i made so many of these and i make them ALL THE TIME and this platform is one where a lot of people make kandi and crafts and such so i feel stupid for not mentioning this already ðŸ˜
anyway, here is a photo from my latest collection:

this is still pretty accurate but i gave one (the very top row 2 from the right; blue and green) to my friend. and then i have the first ones that i made hanging out on my shelf, which are an extra 9, plus another one that I made, which means in total i have 47 lizards that I made.

MY FAVORITE PATTERNS
i thought this was also very necessary to add.
one of my favorite lizards is a very good example of what my favorite patterns are:

here they are listed:
1. The Star Belly
This is one of my favorites of all time and its SO CUTE!!! you can see it a little on the example but heres a better example: https://postimg.cc/7fhnCYbV
also, i kinda sorta made this pattern up (like, i didn't look it up or anything. I bet that someone has made a pattern like that before but if so i have yet to see it) so ig thats also why i like it so much. like a signature pattern. tuff.
2. Not-Black Eyes
ig this isnt a pattern but black eyes make me sad. my favorite eyes are either red ones or these pearl beads i found at Michaels. an example here: https://postimg.cc/Cd1q7rYM
3. 3-Colored Feet
i enjoy the look of the feet when they dont only have one or two colors, like for let and toes, but three, 2 for the 2 beads that make up the leg, and a separate one for the toes. I would give you an example but i think it shows pretty well on the big example.
4. Striped Tail
i do this on literally every single one of them. unless they're only made of one color or are supposed to look like a certain thing, i put a striped tail on EVERY SINGLE ONE (with exceptions)
So yeah. that was my super sick bead lizard yap. if you have any questions or comments then please reply! like, tell me your favorite or give me a new pattern/lizard idea if you wanna! i love making these things so a little feedback on how to make them better would definitely help, too!
