☆So for me school is starting in two weeks and I am stressed as hell so I want some tips(I'm going to 8th).
Tips like how to make friends but not being popular and how to have a decent study and relaxing schedule(i hope that kinda makes sense)and other things that 8th graders will need(and I have heard too many people say "have fun" but my school is filed with little demons and the girls are like the Heather's so...it sucks)
But I just want some help and advice from people who have already graduated from 8th or are high schoolers(so my life can be kinda easy)☆

hi!! i just finished my 8th grade year and im now going into high school. i'd say my main piece of advice is literally just to be authentically yourself, and that probably sounds cliche or whatever, but truly that's all it takes!! i made so many amazing friends throughout my 8th grade year by literally just being me, staying authentic to you attracts the right people. also, don't feel pressured to keep people around who make you feel like shit!! if there's someone within your circle who's causing issues or making you feel less than, cut them off. even if it makes you feel like an asshole. you'll be much happier without them than with them. lastly, and maybe this goes without saying for you because your school might be different than mine, don't skip class or drink, smoke/vape or smoke weed. 8th grade just isn't the time to start introducing yourself to substances, especially highly addictive ones like vaping!! and skipping class isn't cool, you're just going to miss vital things you'll need to function like an adult down the line. i hope this is helpful!! 8th grade is a big year and it's okay to be nervous, but im sure you'll make a ton of great friends and have a great year!!

For me, 8th grade was a pretty good send off to highschool. If your school is dry in the drama region, your good. If its drama filled, just make sure you're just a bystander. Do homework in class when you have time so you have more time to do whatever at home. Im not too good on making friends cus im an introvert but if your school has any extracurriculars that interest you do them because thats the easiest way to make friends with similar interest. Especially if you're going to a new school. If you already have friends ask them to introduce you to their friends, especially if you have a small number of them. I hope this helped.
