The same thing's happening to me! I dunno if it's recently though, I've had this happen to me since I made an acc :(
i think it might be a spacehey issue, im seeing a lot of new people don't have any icons either! ive had this account for a while so idk whats up with that :/ hopefully it gets fixed soon! i might put in a support request
