Family Rant

Does anyone else get kinda sad when people gift them jewelry in the wrong metal? Like don't get me wrong, I think it's so nice that they got me something, but it just feels like idk they didn't actually think about if you'd actually wear it yk? Like for example my grandma who is basically like my mom, she got me a gold necklace when I have literally told her so many times that I prefer silver and also, I literally only ever wear silver. And to make it worse, it was a ballerina necklace... meanwhile I dress like a an angsty little emo boy. My grandma sees me every day, she literally raised me, I feel like at this point she should know I would never wear that :( 

I still said thank you to her and gave her a hug but yeah it lowkey makes me think that sometimes. Idk maybe I'm an ungrateful monster whatevs! 😎 It's still a cute necklace tho so maybe I'll end up wearing it when I feel like being cutesy
