I have no ideas (interesting ones at least) ☆ Aspen (badly) rambles #1

I've been trying to think of a starting line for this, but as stated in the title, I have no ideas. This is a more personal blog for me (if you want my silly lil tumblr, just ask), so this is basically just an online diary for me. If you feel so inclined to read my nonsensical thoughts, go right ahead. I wouldn't be putting them on the internet forever if I didn't want you to read them.

I am an artist (as many are), and see other's creations that have so much creativity and thought put into them, and then feel like my art is weak and puny next to theirs. Now, before you tell me "Oh Aspen, everybody thinks this!!" I know. You are your own Statlor and Waldorf (if you get this, you were raised right). 

I feel like there is such a pressure to make super interesting art that has meaning in every little bit, but I feel like that pressure just creates art block. I guess my point is that you shouldn't feel pressured to make good things 100% of the time. Let yourself mess up. Let yourself make ugly art. Draw those arms too long!! Play a wrong note!!! Let that grammar not make sense!!! 

Art is supposed to be fun, and sometimes (at least to me,) it feels like a chore. So, just have fun with art.
