Genshin Impact

I recently got into playing Genshin Impact due to my youngest sibling and I very much enjoy it but sometimes the game frustrates me. It doesn't seem to like me very much, it constantly glitches out also when I try to do a ten pull on a characters banner I just end up getting weapons instead, I don't don't have very many characters and I had to restart bcs my old account got messed up. But I do enjoy the game it's very fun, I'm just mad and waiting for it to reconnect to the server.
