Chest Binding

So recently I’ve been trying to chest bind but I don’t have a binder. Is there that I can bind safety without one. I’ve been using a sports bra for now. And I’m really been trying not to just grab a pair of scissors and cut these tits off. And plus my mom is in denial so that helps a lot. If only we could just be genderless goblins or frogs life would be so much better that way.This ended up being sort of rant but is there any safe ways the secretly chest bind.
