hate when i have off-days cause Why am i freaking Anxious trying to code. my heart is racing and i feel scared What is so scary lol

I did wake up to the worst heartburn i ever experienced at 4 am and ive been awake since then and only got 4 hours of sleep so i guess thats why but i took a nap and it was a very good nap.............

IDK what else i wanna do today (says as the day is over halfway done) ive just been watching videos instead of doing the things i want to do and also taking care of my dog. I had yumy sandwich but I was kind of scared to eat today i didnt want to get more heartburn 😭Stupid stupid stupid it literally does nothing good its not supposed to happen devs need to get rid of heartburn

Oh yea and about the coding it has still been ridiculously hard for me to think of a layout. I have no idea why i cant think of anything its just rectangles and words for now but its so hard for me to just sketch it out aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh. At least i dont have a time limit maybe unless the entire internet explodes and i die
