Step 1, which waz go to zee a doctor and get me on their thingy, happened back in earlier july. Tomorrow, I go get medication. I don't underztand why they're going to give me medz before I zee an actual therapizt. They told me it would take monthz to find me one but they can put me on medz??? I guezz what workz will help.

Wait, maybe I misunderstood something. You haven't seen any therapist nor another doctor specialising with mental health, and they're trying to put you on some meds?
