I think I'm back into fanfics and drawing again. I've been in art block for 4-5 years, right after graduating from highschool.

The moment I got a computer, it my opened my horizons as a preteen then. Kinda right around middle school when I was into video games and anime (as well as MMDS and other stuff that I cringe about every once in a while).

But middle school actually saved me a lot because I had a really nice art teacher. Though by then, I've stopped drawing because of a girl in elementary. I drew and angel and this girl wanted me to make an outline for her to color in. Being the dumb kid I was, I drew it for her. She finished up her coloring and everyone loved it. When I showed my own drawing, I was called a copycat and uncreative. I was devastated and embarrassed.

My goodness, I remember dreaming and drawing almost every week of different characters but one eventually became my muse of sorts. My art style evolved a ton then and I had my sibling support me, which I appreciated a lot. Especially since my teen's weren't the best.

Finally, I found a new muse! Someone that inspires me to draw and struggle but helps me make progress all the same. I'm a little rough around the edges but I want to try again and push past. I want to feel like an artist again.
