Phone law

Wtf are these phone laws. Like I can't even use it at lunch, what if I sit alone. U want me to stare at the paint peeling off the walls for the next 45 minutes. Students are gonna start getting really creative to cure their boredom and the faculty is not gonna like it. Like honestly it was never that serious and the phones aren't the problem it's the teachers; and if a student doesn't want to learn they won't. Simple as that.
