Is anyone else just absolutely fed up with FB and their ridiculous policies? I for the life of me don't understand how I deserve a 3 day ban for telling a fellow mom to contact CPS/Policeiif she really felt her child was being abused at school. So I'm over here.... 🤔🤔🤔🙄
Meh oh well we all always have that back up account 😆. In trouble there for a suicide prevention post!
Dafaq FB?! They either need dick or a therapist. 🙄

It's absolutely ridiculous what Fakebook has become huh? I'd like to get rid of it but it does have its uses (such as the marketplace and for local organizations that use it as a method of communication).
One thing I've done to make it more bearable is unfollowing every single page. This will cause your feed to become completely bare. I know, this sounds strange at first, but you now must take the time to navigate/seek out content you want to engage with. This reduces the likelihood of seeing toxic stuff in your feed tremendously.
After doing this, my mental health is so much better and you don't get baited into commenting on pointless/toxic stuff anymore.
I don't mind any content I see. I'm adult enough to scroll past anything I don't like or agree to 🤷. But, I do believe a clean up is coming!!! Thanks for the recommendation
