So excited to be visiting an old friend this weekend :) Will be a bit of a road trip but well worth it. Haven't hung out in over a year. In the 2000s we spent so much time together but in the years since then it has been less and less. It is mostly my fault as I have moved many times over the past 15 years. It is a shame how life tears us away from the people we enjoy seeing and doesn't allow us the free time to maintain good friendships. When's the last time you visited an old friend?
Hi! I hope your visit goes extra well! <3 I've recently reconnected with an old friend childhood too. It's going well so far. We stopped hanging out due to personal reasons. But now that life stuff is alright, we started to see each other again. We're neighbors so we have plenty of occasions to meet, and it has become a routine over the last week. (We come at the time she walks her dog, so that she can't escape socialization, hehe. Yep, sister comes to hang out too.)
